Spot the new flood water

Rescue boats can check exactly 8 places, one for each patch of new flood. In the after image, plenty of squares look dark, and not all of them are flood. One kind of flood does not look dark at all. Switch between the before and after radar images and tag only what changed.

A dry day, one month ago. Whatever is dark here is dark for a reason that has nothing to do with this storm.
